The Meaco cordless fan is small but definitely not considered mini and is built from recycled plastic. It is also fairly lightweight while still being sturdy. The fan is adjustable upwards and Downwards but not left and right. The upper part of the fan is held by a sturdy aluminium bar. Around the base is a LED night light. The base is plastic with the one button that can be used to turn the fan and base light on, speed 1, speed 2, speed 3, speed 4 and off. On the under side of the base is where the battery is and it is removable as well as replaceable. The fan is charged by the USB C cable and the port for that is at the back of the base.
