Remote on this media stick neo keeps stop working it is not the remote it’s self but its like the sticks Bluetooth goes into sleep or power saving mode it is a software problem and all of them have it takealot sells this stick and can go and see the reviews every one has this problem and don’t know how to reach the technical manufacturer of this device to bring it under their attention so a software update can be done
