GoPro Hero Session 4
The GoPro Hero Session 4 was the first of its kind being 50% smaller and 40% lighter than the GoPro Hero 4, and also combined an ultra waterproof design with an easy one button control.
It has the GoPro quality video of 1080p 60fps , 720p 100fps and 1440p 30fps along with 8 MP photo in single, burst shot and time-lapse modes. At the time of its release it was something revolutionary because most action cameras required case to be waterproof and was convenient by being tiny and lightweight as well.
Operating the GoPro is simple
– A short press of the shutter button powers on the GoPro and it starts recording immediately.
– A long press starts time-lapse recording.
All GoPro Hero Sessions are compatible with any & all GoPro accessory mounts. The only requirement is that you have the GoPro Hero session frame, without this frame is just the cube but with the frame you can use any generic action camera attachments because it has the standard fitting.
At the time of release in 2015, the recommended retail price was around R5000 and now in 2020 the GoPro Hero Session 4 retails for around R3000 – R4000 secondhand. That shows that the GoPro hero session 4 still holds value.Unfortunately GoPro has discontinued the Hero Session Series after the Hero Session 5.

It is of excellent Quality , and for its price second hand is totally worth it. you can get cheaper Action cameras , be it GoPro or any off brands. it should be noted that off brand face a lot of issues , we do face import issues with the Volkano Action camera as well.
it is a very good piece of tech for anyone to have handy.if you are thinking of purchasing one , you will not have any regrets even second hand as long as the price is right.
