TAIPEI, Taiwan, June 2, 2026 — ASUS today announced ASUS Pad (T3201), marking a strong return to the tablet category after several years. This all-new Android 16 tablet is designed to elevate everyday digital experiences through premium display technology, refined portability, and intelligent connectivity.

Combining a best-in-class dual-layer OLED 12.2-inch display with a 523g-light, 6.5mm ultra-slim chassis, ASUS Pad balances immersive entertainment capabilities with practical mobility. Its MediaTek Dimensity 8300 chipset enables a wide range of use scenarios — from high-quality video streaming and casual gaming to reading, note-taking, and cross-device productivity.

ASUS Pad (T3201) is built around a 12.2-inch 2.8K dual-layer OLED display with a 144Hz refresh rate for optimum visual quality. The high-resolution panel delivers sharp detail and fluid motion across streaming content, gaming, and reading.

The dual-layer OLED architecture stacks two OLED emission layers to achieve improved power efficiency and extended panel life compared to traditional single-layer OLED panels. This structure also contributes to superior brightness and color consistency, reinforcing the device’s suitability for extended viewing sessions.

ASUS Pad pairs its display with a quad-speaker Dolby Atmos® sound system, creating an immersive 360° audio environment that complements on-screen action with multidimensional sound. Dialogue clarity, spatial effects, and low-frequency depth are enhanced for a more cinematic tablet experience.

Support for WiFi 6E enhances wireless performance for smoother streaming, faster downloads, and improved responsiveness in cloud-based apps and online games.

A 9000mAh high-capacity battery underpins the device’s endurance. ASUS Pad is designed to sustain long usage periods across mixed workloads such as web browsing, video streaming, and app use. Fast charging via 45W USB-C® helps minimize downtime, with up to 50% charge achievable in approximately 30 minutes¹. The combination of power-efficient silicon and a large battery capacity supports extended daily use with fewer charging interruptions.

Intelligent and connected user experience

ASUS Pad (T3201) integrates software features that extend functionality beyond standalone tablet use. ASUS GlideX enables cross-device interaction between tablets, and PCs, supporting screen sharing, file transfers, and multi-device workflows.
