Hi
I have 2 of these items and both of them just stopped working.
Plugged it in a new tv and other HDMI cable,
It’s going on but does not connect.
Tell me, is there a place or company that i can contact regarding this?

Remote on this media stick neo keeps stop working it is not the remote it’s self but its like the sticks Bluetooth goes into sleep or power saving mode it is a software problem and all of them have it takealot sells this stick and can go and see the reviews every one has this problem and don’t know how to reach the technical manufacturer of this device to bring it under their attention so a software update can be done

Have you had any issues where you cannot connect to your router wifi but the device and the router are both working fine. All my other devices have no issue connecting to my wifi and the device works when I use my cell Hotspot. I have no idea why this is happening

Rain’s after sales service is absolutely dismal. In the 4 months I had the plan, I couldn’t get my phone sims to connect in spite of numerous messages and calls. No electricity, no internet. I don’t gave the means to buy a UPS. Thus I have been paying for services I couldn’t use.
